FUS Token Overview​

FUS is the native utility token of the Fuseon protocol, designed with a maximum supply of 500,000,000 FUS.

Initial Distribution​

The initial 500M FUS tokens are distributed as follows:

Weekly Emissions​

Target Emission: ~2,200,000 FUS per week average

  • Designed to distribute 350M FUS over 3 years
  • Emissions will follow a structured curve for optimal distribution

Phase Structure​

  1. Initial Phase: Higher emissions to bootstrap liquidity (~3M FUS/week)
  2. Growth Phase: Gradual increase based on protocol adoption
  3. Maturity Phase: Steady emissions (~2M FUS/week)
  4. Tail Emission: Sustainable long-term rate (0.1% - 1% of circulating supply)

Weekly Distribution​

Each week's emissions are distributed as:

  • 80% - Liquidity Provider Rewards (via Voter contract)
  • 15% - Rebase Rewards for veFUS holders (via RewardsDistributor)
  • 5% - Team allocation

veFUS Mechanics​

Voting Power Calculation​

voting_power = locked_FUS × (remaining_lock_time / MAX_LOCK_TIME)

Where:

  • MAX_LOCK_TIME = 4 years (208 weeks)
  • Voting power decreases linearly over time

Lock Duration Options​

  • Minimum: 1 week
  • Maximum: 4 years (208 weeks)
  • Boost: Longer locks = higher voting power multiplier

Economic Incentives​

For veFUS Holders​

  1. Voting Rewards: 100% of trading fees from voted pools
  2. Rebase Rewards: 15% of weekly emissions distributed proportionally
  3. Bribe Rewards: External incentives from protocols

For Liquidity Providers​

  1. Emission Rewards: FUS tokens based on gauge votes
  2. Trading Fees: Share of pool trading fees
  3. Boosted Rewards: Higher rewards through veFUS ownership
